Biography

WRIGHT Olatunde is a Lecturer II in the Department of Accounting and Finance, Faculty of Social and Management Sciences, Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State, Nigeria. He is a holder of Ph.D. Degree in Accounting from Bowen University Iwo, teaching Financial Reporting and Ethics, Auditing and Assurance, Public Sector Accounting, and Financial Accounting among others. His research interest is in Auditing, Governance and Public Sector Accounting.

His career started with the then BDO Balogun Badejo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) now Balogun Badejo & Co. as a Qualified Trainee between 1994 -1996, after which he worked with Elecktrint Nigeria Limited/Elper Oilfield Limited as chief Accountant from 1996-2003. He also worked with Frate Nigeria Limited an Electrical Mechanical Construction company from 2003-2014.Wright joined the service of Bowen University on 2nd October2014 as a Lecturer II in the Department of Accounting and he is still in the service of the University.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is also an Assessor for the Professional Examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in Case Study.
