Olaosebikan Johnson Olusola (PhD. 2005) is a seasoned academia of many decades. He is a product of the University of Ibadan for his first, second and third degree which was on Skills Reengineering and Employees Productivity in The Banking Sector in the Southwest Nigeria. He joined Bowen in 2006 and has been contributing meaningfully to the development of the University especially in the area of Entrepreneurship Studies/Education which is his area of specialization and research interest. He is equally involved in many other areas of service to and in the University. He is widely published in local and foreign journals, monographs, conference proceedings etc. He has equally attended conferences within and outside the country as well. He is an associate fellow and fellow of many notable organisations and every now and then, he gets invitations locally and internationally to make contributions in ongoing research publications due to the quality of his previous works seen and cited.
Olaosebikan is married with children, a Christian and a one time serving Baptist Church Deacon and Sunday School Teacher/ Assistant Superintendent and later Superintendent.
He enjoys decent music, sports, reading and a good human relations.
